The signing ceremony of the joint program phase 2012-2020 between MOST and VGCL
After the successful implementation of the joint program phase 2006-2011, science and technology co-operation activities were promoted and developed by the two parties, especially, for VGCL, in the field of occupational safety and health. Besides, the advanced science and technology transfer; applying research findings into practice to ensure OSH requirements, protect workers’ health and protect the environment…also achieved important results. Many high quality products, machines, personal protective equipments were accepted by the market.
Following to those recognized achievements, in the phase 2012-2020, the joint program will continuously be implemented by Ministry of Science & Technology and Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in order to strengthen the potential, qualifications and efficiency of science and technology activities, contribute to protect the life and health of workers and also protect human resource for socio-economic development. On this occasion, certificate of merits and campaign medals were awarded to individuals and groups for excellent performances in science and technology activities and trade union development.
