Ministry of Science and Technology works with NILP

On March 27, 2014 the National Institute of Labour Protection (NILP) had a working session with the Department of Science and Technology for Economic – Technical Branches and the General Planning Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology on a joint programme to implement the 2014 scientific and technological plan and devise the 2015 plan of the NILP.

The session was attended by Dr. Do Tran Hai, NILP Director and member of the presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Doctor of Science, Academician Pham Quoc Quan, NILP Deputy Director, and some heads of the departments of the NILP. On the side of the Ministry of Science and Technology, there were Nguyen Van Lieu, Director of the Department of Science and Technology for Economic – Technical Branches, Cu Viet Ha, Deputy Director of the General Planning Department and other participants.

At the session, Doctor of Science Pham Quoc Quan reported on the implementation of the 2014 scientific and technological plan and the building of the 2015 scientific and technological plan of the NILP. The basic content of the report includes: review of the implementation of the joint programme; allocation of funds for the implementation of the 2014 plan; orientations for devising the 2015 plan; and a schedule of joint activities for the following years.

Representatives of the Department of Science and Technology for Economic – Technical Branches and the General Planning Department contributed their ideas to the joint programme on the implementation of the scientific and technological plan in 2014 – 2015 and orientations for the next period to 2020.

At the end of the session the two sides reached a consensus on the basic content of the joint programme on the implementation of the scientific and technological plan in the coming time.
