Training propaganda activities on OSH, Environmental Protection of Technological school of Labour and Environmental Protection – NILP, 2010

Therefore, the work of information, propaganda, training aiming at improving the awareness on OSH&EP has a great significance aiming at reducing the rate of occupational accident, occupational disease and protection the health of the labourer and improving the life quality. Pursuant to the Circular No. 37/2005/TT-BLDTBXH dated 29 December 2005 on “”Guiding the work of training on occupational safety”, the Joint Circular No. 14/2005/ TTLT -BLDTBXH-BYT-TLDLDVN dated 08 March 2005 on “Guiding the declaration, investigation, preparation of statistic Minutes and periodical report on occupational accident”, the Joint Circular No. 14/1998/TTLT-BLDTBXH -BYT-TLDLDVN dated 31 October 1998 on “Guiding the organization, implementation of the work of Occupational Safety and Health in business production enterprise, unit” – in 2010, Technological school of Labour and Environmental Protection (TESLEP)-NILP coordinated with enterprises and Labour Confederations of provinces to hold 32 training classes on the work of OSH&EP for over 3,858 people being management cadres, technical cadres, trade union cadres, OSH officers, and labourers to participate. With qualified lecturers being very experienced professors, doctors, masters, doctors in the work of training on OSH&EP, they transmit to trainees with basic knowledge suitable with the function, specialization of the trainees about basic matters and main regulations on OSH&EP; harmful dangerous factor groups and measures to improve the working condition for themselves; the way to use and preserve the personal protective equipments; the way to handle the situation and give first aid to injured person at the unit, combine with seeing the lifelike visual exhibition on OSH&EP, analyze the reasons of typical occupational accident cases aiming at providing the trainees with necessary information about this work.
