Technical maneuver of mine rescue in Quang Ninh province

Currently, mining exploitation in Vietnam has been more and more difficult and dangerous. There are many potential risks than before due to coal surface layers have been most exploited that force to exploit deeply into the ground.

In this context, recently, The Center for Mine Rescue of TKV opened the sixth technical maneuver of mine rescue. The contest took place in 03 days from 09 to 11 August 2011 in HaLong city. There were 120 participants from 16 mine rescue teams belonged to Coal mine Corporations, companies under TKV.
The contest was divided into three sections with following contents: troubleshooting, aid for victims in pit; first-aid; inspecting and detecting incidents of oxygen machines. These were compulsory contents that any member of Mine rescue teams has to master and perform competently in case of mine accidents. Technical maneuver of mine rescue is not only a playing field where mine rescue teams from member units could exchange related experiments but also an opportunity for these units to consolidate, strengthen and improve skills of troubleshooting and rescue in mining pits.
