Study of manufacturing and using testing machine For impact resistance of safety shoes

ABSTRACT
Based on references to the national and international standards, the authors have set up the principle of construction and technical requirements of an impact testing apparatus for safety shoes, especially principle of construction of double consecutive impact preventing device, produced and assembled completely this apparatus. The authors have tested the same kind of safety shoes in two diffent impact testing apparatuses, one of them is of the National Institute of Labour Protection and the other is of the Center for Safety Testing and Certification of Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, in order to determine error of the apparatus too. The testing result shows that our apparatus has a low and acceptable error, high stability and is the first time in Viet Nam used to test the impact resistance of some safety shoes in the market.
