Current situation of working condition factors in some companies in Ho Chi Minh City

ABSTRACT
In the general trend of integrating into the international economy, besides opportunity and advantage, Vietnam have met with a lot of risk and challenge as a developing country, in which there are many problems of environment, occupational safety and health (OSH) and protection of labors’ health. Awareness of OSH is not adequate; Enterprises have not been pay attention to style of work and safety culture yet. Government’s Management Capacity of OSH has not been developing to meet the developing rate of economy and social. Many standards have not been updated to be appropriate to integrating process. In addition, investing adequately in OSH work also is a competitive element in the international economy. With above real situation and requirement, we have been carrying out researching a part of No.7 project belonging to National Program of OSH to propose some appropriate solutions.
