ABSTRACT
Experimental research in laboratory for four test methods: measuring the  activating enzyme AcetylCholinesterase and Cholinesterase in the whole blood; measuring the activating  enzyme Cholinesterase  in the plasma; determining the strength of  δ-aminolevulinic acid in the urin and determining the strength of hippuric acid in the urine. Steps were conducted repeated many times until the test methods perfectly carried out in the laboratory, process checks the precision and accuracy of the techniques developed. At the same time, results were compared with Biochemical – Blood Laboratory, Occupational disease Department, NIOEH.
The results showed that the method of measuring the activating enzyme in the whole blood at the rate of 6.6% results of enzyme Acetycholinesterase outside of range ± 2SD and at the rate of 10% results enzyme Cholinesterase outside of  range ± 2SD, these results still range ± 3SD, on the other, when comparing with Biochemical – Blood Laboratory, Occupational disease Department, NIOEH,the results of two laboratories show different meaningless statistics (p> 0.05). In the method of measuring the enzyme cholinesterase
