Circular No. 13/2016/TT-BLDTBXH on promulgation of the list of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and hygiene.
This Circular is enclosed with the List of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and hygiene.
This Circular applies to entities as stated in Article 2 of the Law on occupational safety and hygiene, except Vietnamese workers working overseas on a contract basis.
Implementation
This Circular shall come into force as of August 01, 2016. The list of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and hygiene under this Circular shall replace the list of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and hygiene under the Circular No. 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013 by the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social affairs.
The list of occupations bound by strict requirements for occupational safety and hygiene under the Circular No. 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013 by the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social affairs remains in effect until July 31, 2016.
