Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 12, 2020 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on promulgating the List of heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issues the Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH on promulgating the List of heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations and extremely heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations on November 12, 2020.

Accordingly, the List of heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations and extremely heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations includes:

Firstly, in the group of mining – class-VI working conditions include: Underground mining work; Non-ferrous metal ore mining by pit method (the workplace is narrow, lack of oxygen, manual work, very heavy, dangerous, affected by dust, noise, and CO2).

Next, in the group of mechanics, metallurgy – class-V working conditions: hot repair work for coke furnaces (manual work which is heavy, very hot, dangerous in contact with CO, dust); Driving coal pouring on top of coke furnace (working on top of furnace, very hot, dangerous under the impact of CO2 and CO and very high concentration of dust); Operating non-ferrous metal ore grinding and mixing machines (affected by high noise and toxic dust and over permitted hygiene standards), etc.

Besides, the Ministry also issues a List of heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations and extremely heavy, hazardous, dangerous jobs or occupations related to chemicals, transport, traffic construction and warehouses and yards; chinaware, glass, grocery plastic, paper, wood; commerce; national reserve, etc.

This Circular takes effect on March 01, 2021.
