Surveying the environment, working condition and occupational health of worker in the centrifugal latex processing factories

ABSTRACT
   On the basis of the actual surveys on the environment and working conditions of workers in the centrifugal latex processing factories, the subject researches on the influence of harmful factors which arise in the working environment on worker’s health. Besides, surveying some psychophysiology factors in a whole shift and combining with the questionnaire of status of health before and after shift and using the personal questionnaire to evaluate generally on the safety and sanitation for the type of this work.
 The results show that: there are still many harmful factors which are implicit and high risk in the working environment. The harmful factors are still in range of permissive standard, but some chemicals (such as: concentrated acid, alkali, NH3 gas….), because of toxic property, are very harmful and they can cause the psychological inhibition (especially the smell of NH3 gas). The  illness situation and accidents relate to the work environment and working position. There, the respiratory disease and problems of lung are notable. In addition, some signs of change in psychophysiology factors after shift are also remarkable. From research results, the subject proposes some feasible solutions to improve environment and work conditions for workers.
