Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles of the Law on Occupational safety and sanitation, technical inspection of occupational safety, training of occupational safety and sanitation and monitoring of occupational environment

This Decree details some articles of the Law on occupational safety and sanitation, technical inspection of occupational safety, training of occupational safety and sanitation and monitoring of occupational environment.

 Objects of application

– The employers and the employees who are specified in Article 2 of the Law on occupational safety and sanitation.

– The non-business units, enterprises and other organizations and individuals related to the technical inspection of occupational safety, training of occupational safety and sanitation and monitoring of occupational environment.

The contents stipulating the technical inspection of occupational safety in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Section 3; the training of occupational safety and sanitation specified under Point d, Paragraph 1, Article 25 of the Decree No. 45/2013/ND-CP dated 10/5/2013 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation some articles of the Labor Code on working time and break time and occupational safety and sanitation shall be invalidated from the effective date of this Decree.

Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP takes effect from 01/07/2016.
