Discussion on the safety and environmental protection in building nuclepower station in Vietnam

ABSTRACT
In the situation of the traditional energy resources exhausted, to meet requirments of industrializing and modernizing process in Vietnam, we have to look at measure of using nuclepower. Nuclepower makes the large benefit for Human, but implicit risks on the human development and the earthlife. So, the issue of providing safety for environment, the life and for the public heath has been much more important to concern in the selection place for building nucleopower plant in Vietnam.
