Dynamic investigation and designing, manufacturing of safety circular saw machine

ABSTRACT
One of basic reasons resulted to the working accident situation is due to operating circular saw for woodworking which the machine itselft is not being designed and manufactured fully safe for users, lack of the relevant safety mechanism and tools. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the scientific researchs 206/02/TLD and 207/03/TLD were carried out and put forward a model of safety circular saw as NILP-CĐN.07, assembled along some different kinds of safety devices together such as: the anti-kickback device (splitter), the backguard (cover), the safety mechanism for planer unit and the devive for detecting metal in woodpiece during processing time. After a time applying and testing them in production, it is given an evidance that all of the kinds of safety devices are satisficed to requirements, technical spectifications as design. They are not causing any influences on operation of machine, also on normaly manipulation of workers and especially it is really ensured the safety for workers
