Some solutions to protect wokers’ health when working on buildings and constructions

ABSTRACT
Nowday at construction sites the implementation of occupational safety and health has not paid attention and carried out in accordance with current legal documents.
When working, workers always face with hazards that threaten their life. Occupational accidents in the construction industry, the number of fatal accident in recent years always occupy the highest rate compared with other occupations.
This study brings out the actual status of occupational health and safety activities on some construction site and concentrates to analyse two specific dangerous factors that caused many accidents in construction industry in recent time: fall from hight and electric shock.
The study also offers three solutions to restrict the number of accidents and to protect wokers’ health that need to be carried out in the future:
·      Strengthen inspecting and monitoring activities
·      Promote communication and training activities
·      Providing advices and guidance supports to workers
