DDT treatment technology by combination of oxidation method with biological measures

 Many countries in the world have studies and strict regulations on the use of DDT in particular and hazardous chemicals in general and even include these substances in the ban list. Vietnam has gradually integrated into this process with the Decision on approving the “National plan on implementation of Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants” in 2006. Previously, the Prime Minister’s Decision 64/2003/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2003 on approving the “Plan on strict handling of establishments which cause serious environmental pollution” set out the orientations for treatment of pesticide warehouses in the country.
