Fanger’s predicted-mean-vote index and neutral temperature used in Vietnamese condition

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to describe existing PMV model and neutral temperature concerned with thermal comfort. The PMV model was a better predictor in air-conditioned buildings than naturally ventilated ones, in part because of the influence of outdoor temperature, and opportunities for adaptation. The neutral temperature used to establish Thermal Comfort Zone on the Psychrometric Chart not only for Hanoi but also for other provinces in Vietnam
