Propose a trial toolkit for working environment assessment

This paper is based on the results of the Project 211/03/TLD of the National Institute of Labour Protection in 2011 – 2012.

Research has suggested an evaluation tool set including 14 indicators to assess the working environment in three aspects: state of working environment, effects of working environment on workers’ health and improved actions. After applying at two production facilities, the results show that the evaluation tool set has fully reflect the current state of working environment and the management capacity for working environment of the facility. However, the assessment of the impact of working environment on human health still faces many difficulties, it is necessary to continue research.
