The textile and dyeing craft villages are seriously polluted because treatment of most dye wastewater is not implemented.
Advanced oxidation agents are applied in this field and serve as a key to solve difficulties of the traditional methods for treatment of textile and dye wastewater. In this research, the use of H2O2/O3 can remove 99% of the colour from textile and dye wastewater with the rate of H2O2/O3 being 0.5 and the rate of pH being about 7.5-8. The removal of colour from textile and dye wastewater during the production process has reached the QCVN 13:2008/BTNMT regulation.
